Memory Removal
1. Lift the RAM bay shielding 1(Figure 2 - 4a) up off the memory sockets 2 (Figure 2 - 4b).

2. Gently pull the two latches at the side of the memory socket outwards, as indicated in Figure 2 - 4c, to release the

Contact Warning
Be careful not to touch
the metal pins on the
module's
connecting
edge. Even the clean-
est hands have oils
which can attract parti-
cles, and degrade the
module's
perform-
ance.
