Duplex Unit Jams

1. Pull the top cover of the duplex unit towards you to open it.
2. Carefully pull out any jammed paper, grasping the paper at both sides.
3. Close the top cover of the duplex unit.
4. Pull the bottom cover of the duplex unit towards you to open it.
