Troubleshooting

If there seems to be a problem with your E-Support, check the following before asking for repairs.
In these cases:
Sluggish manual travel
Abnormal vibration
Short travel distance
Sluggish manual travel
Will not start charging
After charging, do all of
the battery capacity
display lamps light?
Finishes charging very
quickly
Continues charging for a
long time
The temperature of the
charger becomes
extremely high.
Abnormal sound or odor
Check here:

Is there sufficient battery power?
Has the battery been properly
inserted? Is the power being turned on
while force is applied to the push
rings? Does the power automatically
go off in the auto-power off mode?
Is the coupler disconnected? (on
models where it is removable)
Is the wheel mounting portion loose?
Is there abnormal sound coming from
the drive portion?
Is the battery fully charged?

Is the temperature around the
charger appropriate?
Are the ambient temperature of the
charger and the battery temperature
appropriate?

What to do

Charge or replace the battery.
Insert the battery properly.
Turn on the power again. If the same
problem occurs, contact the dealer.
Turn off the power and then turn it on
again.
Insert the coupler correctly.
Re-tighten.
Contact the dealer.
Refresh charge or replace the battery.

Inflate the tires.

Connect the cord.
Replace the fuse.
Charge the battery in a place with the
appropriate temperature.
Wait until the appropriate temperatures
are reached before charging again. If
the lamps still do not light, the capacity
has decreased because of battery
deterioration.
Charging is completed if nothing
changes after recharging.
Wait until the temperature is appropriate.
