Be careful of the following with regard to storage.

1) Be sure to remove the battery for storage.
WARNING
Operation by a child or a person who does not know the operation methods is
extremely dangerous.
Be sure to remove the battery from the wheelchair while it is not being used.
WARNING
Be sure to store the removed battery with the protection cap on. A short
circuit may occur if the contact plate portion is exposed.
Note:
If the battery is to be stored over a long period of time, charge the battery
and avoid locations of high temperature for storage.
2) After operating the wheelchair on wet ground, use a dry towel to wipe off
the water drops. Leaving the equipment wet will lead to rusting.
3) To remove mud and dirt, wipe with a well-wrung towel, etc.
Caution:
Keep away from water, etc. as this may cause malfunction of the electronic
parts.
4) Store at an indoor location of low humidity.
Caution:
Do not store at a location where the equipment will get wet, be exposed to
direct sunlight, or be exposed to high humidity as this may cause a
malfunction.
5) Avoid locations of high temperature for storage of the battery.
Caution:
Do not leave the battery inside a car in hot weather for a long period of time.
