Create Certificate Request
• Click on the Create Certificate Request button to display the following screen:

Common Name
Organization Name
State/Province Name
Country/Region Name

Enter the name of the certificate.
Enter the name of the certificate's owner.
Enter the name of the organisation which owns the certificate.
Enter the name of the state or province.
Select the country from the scroll down list.
