Procedure

Select Print from the File menu.

Check Name and then click Properties.

Click the Paper/Output tab and set Copies to at least 2.

Select Sample Print from the Job Type drop-down list box.
The Sample Print Settings dialog box is displayed.
If necessary, click the Sample Print button and change the settings.

Confirm User ID.
