Check that Current Settings for Port Status is Enabled and then select
Close.

Select Close repeatedly until the System Settings screen is displayed.

Select Close.
The machine will reboot and the display will return to the previous screen prior to this procedure.
Press the Features button on the control panel, and then on the screen, check that Scan is displayed on
the Menu screen.
