1. Click the first button in the Background group and select User-Defined from the
drop-down menu.
2. Using what you've learned from Add and Manipulate Shapes Manually in this
section, place a shape on the image in the region that you have chosen as the
background.
3. Select the shape by clicking on it with the selection arrow until the shape
outline toggles to a dashed line.
4. Click Assign Shape in the Background group.
Show
In the Show group, enable all check boxes, indicating all items will appear on the
image. To specify the location of the labels, click on the arrow at bottom right to
open the Image View Labels menu.
Annotate the Image
Click the Annotation tab to open the Annotation ribbon.
