Acquire Ribbon - LI-COR C-DiGit User Manual

To assign concentration standards:
1. Click the Shapes tab at the bottom of the window to open the Shapes table.
2. Click a feature on the image to highlight the row in the table.
3. Double-click the Conc. Std. field in the row.
4. Type a number in this field to order the concentration standards. Note: The
values of the standards must increase as the order increases.
5. Click the Concentration tab on the right side of the application window. The
assigned concentration standard should appear in the list.
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 to add all of the concentration standards to the list.
7. The calculated concentrations for the other features appear in the Shapes table
in the Concentration column.

Acquire Ribbon

Click the Acquire tab to display the Acquire ribbon options. The Acquire ribbon is
used to set the parameters for capturing the image from the membrane on the
C-DiGit scanning surface.
