As an integral part of a dictation, you can dictate messages
-
(i
= Info) for your transcriber and mark them, or set index
marks (i = Index) for specific parts of the dictation.
»i« and the info or index number (from 01 to 16) appear on
the display. These messages and indexes are transferred to
the PC with the dictation.
The transcriber can listen to all messages (infos) separately from
the letter text before starting transcription.
The author can quickly locate marked places (indexes).
• Push the slide switch to »
• Press the red recording button » –
– »Recording Pause« appears in the display.
Note:
You can also add info while a recording is in progress.
• Press the Up button »i
– »Insert Pause« appears in the display.
• Push the slide switch to » START« and record the text to
be inserted.
– »Insert« appears in the display.
• At the end of the message, push slide switch to
»
STOP«.
• Press the red recording button » –
• or press the »i -

– The text recorded at the current position in the dictation
is then replaced with the new recording (deleted).
