The "Created" status and the date and the time are saved in
the dictation for every dictation.
The first time the dictation is ended, it is assigned the status of
"Dictated". This status and the date and the time are saved in
the dictation.
The "Dictated" status and the date and time entry are upda-
ted with every alteration to the dictation.
This means it can be seen at any time when a dictation was
created and when a recording was last made.
Other statuses are set on the PC:
– Sent;
– Received (at the transcription unit);
– In progress (at the transcription unit);
– Query (for the author);
– Finished.
The »Dictated« status can be changed to »Postponed« for
an individual dictation (this dictation is not transferred to the
PC by DSS-Mover).
• Using the up-down button » « or » « select the
»Dictation status« menu item.
• Click the »OK« button.
• Using the up-down button » « or » « select »Post-
poned«.
– The dictation is postponed, is not transferred by DSS-
Mover.
– If the dictation is to be transferred to the PC and proces-
sed by the transcriber, you need to select »Dictated« as
the identification.
• Press the »OK« button.
