• Push the slide switch to » START«.
At the start of the part to be deleted, slide the slide switch
to » STOP« and press the »MARK1« button.
• Push the slide switch to » START«. At the end of the part
to be deleted, slide the slide switch to »
press the »MARK2« button.
• Press the »DEL« button.
– »Delete [-]?« appears in the display.
• Press the »OK« button to confirm or
press »ESC«, if the part of the dictation is not to be deleted.
• Push the slide switch to »
the message (info) or index to be deleted appears in the
display.
Note:
It is easier to find short messages or indexes in the play-
back mode.
• Push the slide switch to »
• Press the »MENU« button.
– The »Delete « menu function appears in the menu.
• Press the »OK« button and then the »INFO« or »INDEX«
button (depending on whether there is a message or an
index at this point).
– The display shows, for example »Delete i 02?«.
• Press the »OK« button to confirm or press the »ESC«
button if the message is not to be deleted.
