• Push the slide switch to »
• Select the desired dictation using the up/down button
»DICT + _ «.
• Press the »Menu« button.
– The first menu function »Delete« appears in the display.
– Use the » « button to select "Delete".
• Press the »OK« button.
– »Delete DICT002?« appears, for example, in the
display.
Note:
If several dictations need to be deleted, connect the
dictation machine to the PC and delete them using the PC
software. When all dictations are deleted, there is still
administration data in the internal memory or on the
external memory card. Not all of the memory capacity of
the internal memory/memory card is available for
recording dictations.
• Use the up-down »DICT + _ « button to select the desired
dictation.
• Press the »MENU« button.
– The »Delete « menu function appears in the menu.
• Press the »OK« button and then the »PART« button.
