Note:
If the machine cannot read a code, it emits a double signal
and displays the message »No barcode found«.
Confirm the error message with »OK«. You can now
repeat the scan procedure by pressing »SCAN« or cancel
it and continue dictating without barcodes by pressing
»ESC«.
Notes:
A maximum of 32 digits (two lines) of the scanned
barcode can be displayed.
Barcodes that you have scanned and included in
dictations with »OK« are stored in the "Topic" field in the
new dictation's accompanying note.
• Push the slide switch to »
• Use the Up/Down button »DICT + _ « to select the dictation.
– If the dictation has a barcode, »ID« is displayed.
• Press the »MENU« button.
• Use the Up/Down button » « or » « to select
»Barcode reader« and then press the »OK« button.
• Use the Up/Down button » « or » « to select »Dis-
play/read« and then press the »OK« button.
– The barcode is displayed.
