• Plug the jack of the power pack lead into the socket on the
DigtaStation 441.
• Plug the power pack into the mains socket.
– The yellow indicator on the DigtaStation 441 lights up.
• Connect the DigtaStation 441 to a PC using the USB cable
of the dictation machine.
– The green indicator on the DigtaStation 441 lights up.
• Press the »ON/OFF« button to switch off the dictation
machine.
• With the dictation machine switched off, plug it into the
DigtaStation 441.
• Press the »ON/OFF« button to switch on the dictation
machine.
– After a while, »PC operation« appears on the device
display.
– The dictation machine is identified by the PC as a
removable disk. The red recording indicator on the dic-
tation machine lights up.
