Using the »Factory setting« function, you can restore the

factory settings of the machine.

• Use the up-down button » « or » « to select the

»Settings« menu item and then press the »OK« button.

• Use the up or down button » « » « to select the menu

item »Factory setting«.

• Press the »OK« button.

– The display indicates,

»Reset settings and all dictations?«.

• Press the »OK« button.

– Factory settings:

Dictation status – Dictated;

Folder – No folder;

Transcriber – Automatic;

Work type – Automatic;

Group – Automatic;

No./Ref – Automatic;

Priority – Off;

Author – authors deleted;

Play-back – index function*;

Voice Activation – Off;

Microphone sensitivity – Dictation;

Switch off – After 10 min;

Signal tones – on;

Lighting – Automatic;

foot control – recording;

Time, date – Retained;

Dictation counter – DICT001;
