The »Priority« function is used to select what priority the new
dictation should have.
• Using the up-down button » « or » « select the
»Priority« menu item.
• Press the »OK« button.
• Using the up-down button » « or » « select »PR on« or
»PR off«.
– »PR on«, at the start of a new dictation you can choose
between »no priority« and »high priority«.
– »PR off«, no priority is set.
• Press the »OK« button.
Notes:
The single-workstation installation of the PC software
evaluates »no priority« with level 16 and »high
priority« with the maximum author priority which you
set.
The optional network installation of the PC software
evaluates »no priority« with level 16. If »high priority«
is set the level is set to the maximum author priority
assigned to the author by the system administrator.
On a dictation with priority, »PR« appears in the status
line when you stop play-back.
