• Switch on the dictation machine.
• Push the slide switch to »
• Press the »MENU« button.
• Use the Up/Down button » « or » « to select
»Barcode reader« and then press the »OK« button.
• Use the Up/Down button » « or » « to select
»Search« and then press the »OK« button.
• Point the reader at the barcode and press the »SCAN«
button.
– The scanned barcode appears in the display.
• Press »OK« to confirm the barcode.
– The number of the dictation is shown under the barcode.
• To listen to the dictation, press »OK« again and push the
slide switch to » START«.
STOP«.
