The propeller shaft of both the Newage
PRM 500D and the ZF-Hurth HBW 450A
reverse gearboxes can be allowed to turn
continuously with the control lever in the
neutral position.
The recommendations of the manufacturer
of the reverse gearbox must be followed.
Operation of the lever for gear
selection

Newage PRM 500D reverse gearbox (A)

For same-as-crankshaft rotation, move the
lever to the position (A1).
To put the reverse gearbox into neutral,
move the lever to the centre position (A2).
For opposite-to-crankshaft rotation, move
the lever to the position (A3).

ZF-Hurth HBW 450A (B)

For same-as-crankshaft rotation, move the
lever to the position (B3).
To put the reverse gearbox into neutral,
move the lever to the position (B2).
For opposite-to-crankshaft rotation, move
the lever to the position (B1).

Schraube mitschleppen

Die Schraubenwelle der Wendegetriebe
Newage PRM 500D und ZF-Hurth
HBW 450A kann bei in den Leerlauf

Für Drehrichtung in
Kurbelwellendrehrichtung, den Hebel in
die Stellung (A1) bringen.
Für den Leerlauf den Hebel in
Mittelstellung schalten (A2).
Für Drehrichtung gegen die
Kurbelwellendrehrichtung, den Hebel in
die Stellung (A3) bringen.
ZF-Hurth HBW 450A (B)
Für Drehrichtung in
Kurbelwellendrehrichtung, den Hebel in
die Stellung (B3) bringen.
Für den Leerlauf den Hebel in
Mittelstellung schalten (B2).
Für Drehrichtung gegen die
Kurbelwellendrehrichtung, den Hebel in
die Stellung (B1) bringen.

450A tillates å rotere kontinuerlig når
kontrollspaken er i nøytral stilling.

girkassa må følges.

Betjening av spaken for girvalg

Newage PRM 260-girkasse (A)
For å oppnå samme rotasjonsretning som
veivakselen, flyttes spaken mot klokka til
stilling (A1).
For å sette girkassa i nøytral flyttes
spaken til midtstilling (A2).
For å oppnå motsatt rotasjonsretning av
veivakselen, flyttes spaken med klokka til
stilling (A3).
ZF-Hurth HBW 250
For å oppnå samme rotasjonsretning som
veivakselen, flyttes spaken med klokka til
stilling (B3).
For å sette girkassa i nøytral stilling, flyttes
spaken til stilling (B2).
For å oppnå motsatt rotasjonsretning av
veivakselen, flyttes spaken mot klokka til
stilling (B1).
