Synapse Installation Guide
To install the Deskset on a wall:
1. Plug the Ethernet cable into the port on the back of the Deskset. (See
the Cat.-5 LAN cable to the Deskset:" on page
2. Plug the power adapter into the jack on the back of the Deskset. Skip this step if
using POE. (See
3. Place the Deskset base over the mounting plate as shown in
onto wall-mount screws with centers 3 ¼ inches (8.2 cm) or 4 inches (10.2 cm) apart.
Most standard wall plates have screw centers 3 ¼ inches (8.2 cm) apart.
