2R5-P2V voltage is 2.125V or less when the computer is powered on.

2R5-P2V voltage is 2.125V or more when the computer is powered off.
2R5-P2V voltage is 2.125V or less while the computer is suspended.
Meaning
1R25-P1V voltage is over 1.50V when the computer is powered on.
1R25-P1V voltage is 1.063V or less when the computer is powered on.
1R25-P1V voltage is 1.063V or less when the computer is booting up.
1R25-P1V voltage is 1.063V or more when the computer is powered
off.
