Subtest 04 Gradation & Mode test for VGA
This subtest displays gradations for following modes. To change the mode, press
Enter.

Subtest 05 All Dot On /Off for LCD
This subtest displays an all-white screen then an all-black screen. The display
changes automatically every three seconds.
