12.5.18 Expression Pedal Calibration

Expression Pedal Calibration is used to calibrate any of four optional expression pedals which may be connected at the
Expression Pedal jacks.
PARAMETER

Unlike other MFC-‐101 parameters, the two Calibrate settings on this page are NOT set using the
To calibrate the pedal, you must independently set MINIMUM and MAXIMUM values:
1.
Place the display cursor in the "Min" field using the !
ENTER
2.
Press the
footswitch. (Its LED will be flashing red.)
3.
Move the pedal to its minimum (heel) position.
ENTER
4.
Press the
footswitch again to store the value.
To calibrate the maximum, move the cursor to "Max" and repeat the process above using the maximum (toe) pedal position.
EXIT
Press
to return to PERFORMANCE MODE.
12.5.19 Global Preset

Global Preset is used to disable or set the number of the Global Preset. This is turned OFF by default.
The Global Preset may be used as a global "Alternate Preset". For an overview, see section 4.5, on p.18.
To enable the Global Preset, select the number of any MFC-‐101 preset on this page using the
disable the Global Preset, set the value of this parameter to OFF.
Remember, you will still need to enable individual presets to use the Global Preset as their "Alternate Preset".
