12.1 The  Preset  Menu  
Use  this  menu  to  select  presets  and  edit  their  parameters,  including  name,  instant  access  switch  states,  internal  
Control  Change  states,  custom  message,  and  preset  external  switch  and  expression  pedals.    
IMPORTANT:  You  must  first  select  a  Preset  (12.1.0)  to  edit  it  using  any  of  the  other  pages  in  this  Menu.    
Note  that  the  current  MFC-­‐101  preset  will  be  reloaded  when  returning  to  Performance  Mode.  
12.1.0 Select  Preset  
EDIT : PRESET
Select  Preset  selects  an  MFC-­‐101  preset  for  editing.  The  selected  preset  will  remain  locked  in  for  editing  across  other  Preset  
Menu  pages  until  a  new  preset  is  selected  here  or  until  the  Preset  Menu  mode  is  exited.  
 
12.1.1 Preset  Name  
EDIT : PRESET : PAGE"
Preset  Name  is  used  to  edit  the  name  of  the  currently  selected  MFC-­‐101  preset.  
NOTE:  With  AXE-­‐FX  MODE  set  to  ON,  presets  will  show  the  name  of  the  currently  loaded  Axe-­‐Fx  preset  instead  of  this  stored  
value.  
NAMES
The  
 footswitch  can  also  cause  Preset  Names  to  appear  briefly  in  EDIT  MODE  when  used  on  a  parameter  which  selects  
presets  by  their  numbers.  See  Chapter  11  for  more  on  Names.
