12 COMPLETE MENU REFERENCE
The following comprises a complete parameter reference for the MFC-­‐101.
From within any page of any menu, the following commands apply:

! ABANDONING CHANGES: The MFC-­‐101 saves changes automatically in a number of cases: when you press SAVE/EXIT, when
you return to the top of the EDIT menu by pressing the footswitch for the menu you are working in, or when you change to a
different "registration parameter". (See section 1.5 on p. 7 for more on Saving Changes.) To abort edits without saving, simply
disconnect power from the MFC-­‐101, wait several seconds, and then restore power to the unit.

Press either of these two footswitches (#5 or #6) to
save changes and move to the preceding/next sub-­‐
menu page.
These two footswitches (#11 or #12) switch between
the parameters on a single page and also move the
cursor while editing names.
Press and/or hold to change the character or parameter
value at the current cursor position.
Press the button which entered the menu you are
working in to return to the top level of the EDIT menu
without first returning to PERFORMANCE MODE.
(Example: pressing PRESET while working in the PRESET
menu will save changes and allow you to select a
different menu for editing.)
Saves all changes and exits to PERFORMANCE MODE
