Read from the current Axe-­‐Fx preset, whether the
MFC-­‐101 is in PRESET, SONG, or SET MODE.
Sent based on 16 entries in the current MFC Preset.
Any such entry found for the MIDI Channel
designated for the Axe-­‐Fx is IGNORED. 1 program
change message is sent on the designated Axe-­‐Fx
MIDI channel. The default is for this to be the same
as the number of the current MFC-­‐101 preset, but
this is subject to settings in Axe-­‐Fx Preset Transmit
Map.
