MAKING INTERNAL CALLS

You may contact an individual extension by ringing or making a voice announcement at the called extension.
To call an extension
-
- Dial the extension number
or 0 for the operator
or press the one-touch key or function key† with an extension number stored
- If there is no answer or it is busy, simply dial another extension number without replacing the handset
- To toggle the call between ring/voice announce dial 1 after the number
PILOT GROUP CALLING
Extensions may be programmed into pilot groups so when you call a group number, it will ring the first available extension in
the group and if there is no answer you can enter a code to manually step round the group. Extensions can opt in and out of
the pilot group.
To call a pilot group
-
- Dial the pilot group number
If there is no answer from the first extension
- Dial 8 0 8 to step round the group
- Repeat until an extension answers
To withdraw from/join the pilot group

- Dial 7 5 0 and 1 to withdraw from the group or 0 to join the group again
