VAU Messages : there are sixteen messages which may be set up by your installer to answer and queue incoming external calls.
To record a VAU message
and dial 7 1 6

- Dial 7 to record
(Dial 5 to listen or 3 to erase)
- Dial the message number 0 1 - 1 6
- You will be prompted to record the message
- Press the # key to stop recording and listen to the message

General Message : this is a way to quickly inform users of an important announcement. When a new General Message is
recorded, all key telephones will receive a message waiting indication (via a flashing FTR or MW or Indicator lamp). Respond-
ing to the message waiting indication in the normal way will then play the extension the general message and the message wait-
ing lamp indication will go out.
To record the General Message
and dial 7 1 2
