Single Line Telephone:
- Press the Recall key
- Dial the extension/pilot group number
If the extension is busy press the Recall key to retrieve the call;
If ring no reply, dial another extension number or dial 8 0 8 to step round the pilot group
- Wait for answer, announce the call and
or before answer - call is transferred and rings at the other phone
If you are unable to locate your colleague make a Meet Me Page announcement and transfer the call once the paged party has
responded.

SERIES CALL†

You may wish to talk to a party again after transferring the call to another extension. It requires a Series Call key to be
programmed under a key.
To request a series call
- You are talking to the external caller
- Press the HOLD key
- Dial the extension number to receive the call
- Announce the call
- Press the Series Call key to transfer the call and remain
When the other extension finishes on the call, the system will automatically transfer the external party back to you.
