ANSWERING EXTERNAL CALLS

External calls may be programmed to ring at any extension.
To answer an external call:-

Key telephone
- If the call is ringing
OR and press the flashing line/group key
The two line appearance keys ( CL1 and CL2 ) mean that two external calls may be presented at any time via these keys. The
user may decide whether a second incoming call is allowed to be presented or not.
To set (allow)/cancel (prohibit) the second incoming call †

- Dial 7 9 9
- Dial 1 to set or 0 to cancel

MISSED CALLS †
Programming a Missed Calls key will allow you to see the external calls (on ISDN) that you have missed at your extension
To check Missed calls

- Press the Missed Calls key

- Use VOL

to dial whilst number/name displayed or CLEAR key to delete
