CALL FORWARD

You may wish to redirect your calls to be taken by another extension whilst you are away from your desk. Key telephones may
program a call forward key.
To set/cancel a call forward

- Dial the call forwarding code as follows
8 4 2 for dual ring; calls ring at your own and the destination extension but not if your phone is busy
8 4 3 for busy transfer: calls only forward when your phone is busy
8 4 5 for unanswered call transfer: calls only forward if no reply at your phone
8 4 8 for call forward: all calls forward immediately to the destination extension
- To set the forward dial 1 and the destination extension number
or to cancel dial 0

You cannot forward to a pilot number, it must be an installed extension. Once call forwarding is activated, only the call
forwarding destination extension can call you internally.
External Call Forward : your system may allow call forward to an external number rather than an extension. It is also possible
that an extension set to receive doorphone ringing may forward the doorphone ringing to an external number. the external
number must be stored as a common abbreviated dial.
To set external call forward

- Dial 8 4 8 and 1 to set
- Dial 8 1 3 and the target abdial code
- Listen for confirmation tone

To cancel external call forward
