Pressing the CLR prompt key brings up the Clear menu from which you may select any of the following:
CAMP ------- ALL
--- ICM
--- LINE
MSG --------- ALL
--- SENT
--- RECV
RPT
Pressing the Dir prompt key brings up the Directory Dialling menu from which you may select any of the following:
ABBc
ABBg
EXT.
The keypad is used to enter the first character of the desired name; press the dial key the correct number of times to display the
required letter. (The letters are printed on the keypad of the telephones).
the dial 2 key scrolls round A -> B -> C -> 2 -> A...
For example,
the dial 3 key scrolls round D -> E -> F -> 3 -> D..
If you wish to enter more than the first character, press the CHECK key to store and move to the next character.
The TRFR key will delete a stored chracter.
