VOICE ANNOUNCE UNIT (VAU)
You may use the VAU to find out the date, time and an extension number. †

- Press 3 for date announce
Press 6 for extension number
Press 8 for time announce
Forward with Personal Message : the VAU enables you to set a call forward to another extension with a personal message,
anyone calling your extension hears your message before their call is forwarded to your colleague.
To set
and dial 7 1 3 you will be prompted to record your message

- Dial the extension number to receive your forwarded calls and
Park and Page : you may wish to set up park and page wherby instead of forwarding your calls to another extension, the calls
are forwarded to a paging zone and on hearing the page announcement you can retrieve the call from any extension

and dial 7 1 3 you will be prompted to record your message (for the caller)

- Dial the paging zone access code (either 801 for internal or 803 for external and the zone number 1-32)
- Record a second message (for the paging announcement) and
To retrieve your call
- When you hear your paging announcement, go to any extension
and dial 7 1 5 and your own extension number

You will be connected to the caller
To cancel forwarding/park and page using the VAU
and dial 7 1 3 3
