To adjust handset volume
Press the UP / DOWN key in the off ‐ hook status or
during a call.
To adjust speaker volume
Press the UP / DOWN key during speaker phone opera-
tion, or during a call that is being played on the
speaker.
To adjust ring tone volume
Press the UP / DOWN key during ringing.
To adjust LCD contrast
Press the UP / DOWN key when in idle mode to adjust
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key to receive
dial tone.
2.
Enter the telephone number of the required party.
Conference Calls
1.
While on a call, press the Transfer Key.
2.
Dial desired number.
3.
After call is answered, press the Conference Key

Transferring Calls

1.
While on a call press the Transfer key.
2.
Dial destination telephone, hang up or wait for an-
swer.

Basic Settings

To redial a previously placed call.
1.
Press the Recall Key until you find the dialed number.
2.
If you pass the number, press Recall until it is visible
again.
3.
Press * to initiate the call.
Ask your system administrator for more details if you can-
not configure a Programmable Key.
To configure a Programmable Key as a Speed Dial Key.

Making Calls

1.
When the phone is idle state, press the Feature Key. The
LED is switched ON.
2.
Press the desired Programmable Key which must act as
a Speed Dial Key.
3.
Use the keypad to enter the number information for the
Speed Dial. Only digits, * and # are accepted as numerical
input in a Speed Dial Key.
4.
Press the Feature Key. The LED is switched off.
To originate a call from a Speed Dial Key.
1.
Press the desired Speed Dial Key, or...
2.
Lift the handset and press the desired Speed Dial Key,
or...
3.
Press the Speaker Key and press the desired Speed Dial
Key.
Redial
One or more Programmable Keys can be pre‐
programmed with a dedicated function or a telephone
number. Ask your system administrator for more de-
tails.
Function.
Pressing this key (While off hook) activates the func-
tion. The corresponding LED is switched on.
Speed Dial Keys
Pressing the key once more (While off hook) deacti-
vates the function. The corresponding LED is switched
on.
