PAGING
You may need to make an announcement over the loudspeakers of idle keytelephones and/or external equipment. Both
key telephones and single line telephones can make paging calls (if allowed), but the latter is unable to receive a paging call.
Telephones may be programmed into one of 16 or 64 internal paging groups (depending on size) so that an announcement is
sent simultaneously to the key telephones in a group. A paging key may be programmed.
To page an internal group

- Dial 8 0 1 and dial
0 : to page all internal groups
1 - 1 6 or 6 4 : to page a single group (1- or 64)
- Wait for the beeps and make the announcement

To page both internal and external groups together

- Dial 7 5 1 and the combined internal/external group number
- Wait for the beeps and make the announcement
If you wish to make a meet-me-page announcement, remain off hook after the page and wait for the requested party to respond.
To page an external group

- Dial 8 0 3 and dial
0 : to page all external groups
1 - 8 : to page a single external group (1-8)
- Wait for the beeps and make the announcement
