VOICE MAIL

if voice mail is attached to your system, as a keytelephone user it is advantageous to have keys programmed to simplfy its use
(Conversation Record is only available via a key) or all users may use feature codes as follows. For full details on the voice
mail refer to the appropriate user guide.
Key telephone
To forward to voicemail
- Press the Auto Attendant key the appropriate number of times to set the forwarding condition as follows
once - forward all incoming calls
twice - forward on no answer
three - forward on busy
four - forward on no answer/busy flickering key lamp
four - cancel
To access voicemail
- Press your Voice Mail key
To set answer machine emulation † (this feature allows you to hear the calling party leaving a message and to
decide whether to actually intercept the call or reject it and leave to voicemail)
- and dial 7 2 5 and 1 for all calls, 2 for external line calls or 0 to cancel
- On hearing the caller go
Single Line Telephone
To forward to voicemail
- and dial the forwarding code
8 4 8 - all calls
8 4 5 - on no answer
8 4 3 - on busy
- Dial 1 to set and enter the voicemail
extension number or dial 0 to cancel

To record conversations †
- Press the Conversation Record key (press again to stop)
or press the flashing CL key to accept the call or press SPK to reject
To access voicemail
