Symptom
Burner will not light

Safety Device
The appliance is fitted with an overheat safety switch. Under overheating conditions this switch
will shut off the appliance. If the appliance shuts off repeatedly servicing may be required.

In all cases, you can clear the error message by turning the heater OFF, then ON again. If the
error message still remains, please contact your nearest service contact and arrange for a

Solution
Ensure power cord is plugged in and turned on
Ensure gas supply is turned on
Re-ignite after power is restored
Purge air (installer to do)
Repeat lighting procedure
Turn gas off at meter and call Installer
Allow heater to run on HIGH for 15mins

Allow heater to warm-up
Clean glass
