Replacing the Power Distribution Board for 1200-W
PSUs
WARNING
Hazardous voltage, current, and energy levels are present inside the power supply. There are no
user-serviceable parts inside it; servicing should be done by technically qualified personnel.
1.
Follow instructions in "Replacing the Power Distribution Board for 460-W/750-W PSUs" except
the Power Distribution Board is located at different place in the PDB bracket.
2.
To remove the Power Distribution Board, loosen screws securing the PDB bracket to the
chassis. See letter A. Push the bracket forward to release the latch which secure the bracket
then pull out the bracket from the chassis. See letter B. The figure shows the different PDB
locations for 460-W/750-W PSU and 1200-W PSU.
