The existing local configuration file will be replaced by the imported one after
importing.
If the administrator or user modifies the configuration settings in the
001565221229-local.cfg file after exporting, the settings will be saved to the phone flash
and take effect after importing the new 001565221229-local.cfg file.
If the administrator or user deletes the configuration settings in the
001565221229-local.cfg file after exporting, the settings will not be saved to the phone
flash and not take effect after importing the new 001565221229-local.cfg file.
If auto_provision.custom.sync = 1 and the 001565221229-local.cfg file is successfully
imported via web user interface, the imported 001565221229-local.cfg file will be
uploaded to the server at once and overrides the existing one on the server.
