Insert the high-density drive enclosure all the way into the rack while pulling the stopper catches on
both sides of the high-density drive enclosure back.

Push the stopper catches to lock the high-density drive enclosure.

Fasten the high-density drive enclosure to the rack pillar with the M4 screws that were removed in

Attach the front cover.

If a wrist strap is used, remove the wrist strap.

In the [Drives] screen of [Component] on the ETERNUS Web GUI screen, check that the added drives
have been recognized.

Set up RAID groups, volumes, hot spares, and host affinity settings, as required.
