In Internet Explorer, [Tools] menu - [Internet Options] - [Advanced] tab,
the [Use SSL 3.0] check box under [Settings] - [Security] section is not
selected.

1. In Internet Explorer, set the following settings in the [Tools] menu, [Internet Options].
2. On the [Advanced] tab, [Settings] - [Security] section, select the [Use SSL 3.0] check box.
