Operations while scanning documents

If the memory becomes full

If the memory becomes full while documents are being scanned when queu-
ing a transmission (specifying a fax transmission while another fax transmis-
sion job is being performed) or for a timer transmission, a message appears,
allowing you to select whether to send the scanned pages or cancel the
transmission.
Note
If the memory becomes full (0% appears for the amount of memory avail-
able), all pages that have been scanned are erased.
If the transmission is to be canceled:
The data for the scanned pages are erased. Wait until all fax transmission or
reception operations are finished, check the amount of memory that is avail-
able, and then perform the fax transmission again.
If the scanned pages are to be sent:
If the document was scanned from the original glass, send the scanned doc-
ument pages, and then finish the operation. Check the amount of memory
that is available, and then perform the fax transmission again.
If the document was scanned from the document feeder or reverse automat-
ic document feeder, send the scanned document pages, and then scan and
send the document pages remaining in the document feed tray.
