Types of reports/lists

Paper of the following sizes can be used to output the reports.
Metric: A5 v, B5 v, A4 w/v, B4 w, A3 w
Inch: Invoice (8-1/2 × 5-1/2) v, Letter w/v, Legal (8-1/2 × 14) w, Ledger (11
× 17) w
However, when printing on A5 v, B5 v or Invoice (8-1/2 × 5-1/2) v paper, the
report may be split and printed on multiple pages.
TX RESULT REPORT:
The document number, recipient name, date sent, starting time of transmis-
sion, number of document pages, time required, mode, and transmission re-
sult are printed.

RX RESULT REPORT:
The document number, caller name, date received, starting time of recep-
tion, number of pages received, time required, mode, and reception result
are printed.

ACTIVITY REPORT:
The number, document number, communication date, starting time of trans-
mission/reception, whether a transmission or reception was performed, re-
cipient/caller name, number of pages sent/received, mode, and
communication result are printed.
This machine is set to automatically print the report each time a total of 60
communications have been performed.
