Selecting header printing ("HEADER" parameter)

Display the "FAX TX OPERATION" menu.
– Refer to "Displaying the "FAX TX OPERATION" menu" on
page 5-60.

Press the [+] or [,] key until "HEADER" is selected, and then press the
[OK] key.

Press the [+] or [,] key until "OFF" or "ON" is selected, and then press
the [OK] key.
The "FAX TX OPERATION" menu appears again.
