Registering one-touch dial destinations

If one-touch dial keys are programmed with fax numbers, the recipient can
be specified easily and accurately without the need to manually enter the
number using the keypad.
A maximum of 32 one-touch dial keys can be programmed with destinations.

Detail
A list of destinations registered with the one-touch dial keys can be print-
ed. For details, refer to "Printing reports/lists" on page 2-36.
Note
If optional image controller IC-206 or network interface card NC-503 is
installed, an e-mail address can be entered as the destination.

Display the "DIAL REGISTRATION" menu.
– Refer to "Displaying the "DIAL REGISTRATION" menu" on
page 5-18.

Press the [+] or [,] key until "ONE-TOUCH DIAL" is selected, and then
press the [OK] key.
