press the [OK] key.

Press the [+] or [,] key until "HEADER PRINT" is selected, and then
press the [OK] key.

Press the [+] or [,] key until "OFF" or "ON" is selected, and then press
the [OK] key.
The "E-MAIL SETTING 2" menu appears again.
