Select international character set

Selects an international character set according to the value of n,

as shown below:
Select zero style

Causes subsequent zero characters to be printed with a slash when

n is 1, and without a slash when n is 0.
The value of n can be set to 0(00H) or "0"(30H), or 1(01H) or
"1"(31H).
