El Select the destination folder then choose "OK".
To copy a document to the same folder:

Click once on the document to select it.

From the Document menu, choose "Duplicate".
The copy will appear in the Document Window.
To
delete a document:
Click once on the document to select it, then press the "Delete" key.
OR
Hold down the left mouse button over the document you want to delete and
drag it to the trash icon on the left.
