Move the mouse pointer over a number in the Phonebook that you wish
to copy, and hold down the left mouse button. While holding the mouse
button down, drag the number onto a free space in the lower Group list
window, then release the mouse button.
You have two choices:
Cl Copy another number: repeat steps 5 and 6
~ Finish: choose "OK"

From the OfficeStyler fax screen choose "Phonebook".
Alternatively, click once on the "Preferences" button on the OfiiceSty/er
Control Panel.
and choose "Phonebook".
