How to copy numbers from the Phonebook into Groups
This is a quick way of setting up Groups you wish to dial from the machine
operation panel.

From the OfficeStyler fax screen choose "Phonebook".
Alternatively, click once on the "Preferences" button on the 0f7iceSty/er
Control Panel.
and choose "Phonebook".
Choose "Phonebook".
If not shown, choose "Expand" to display the Quick Dial, Speed Dial and
Group Dial lists.
If necessary, click on the Group tab to display the Group list.

In the top right list box, click once on the name of the Group that you want
to add a number to. Any numbers already existing in this Group will
appear in the lower list box,
